Terms and Conditions

CompraDTodo provides its services under the Terms of Service ("TOS") described in the following points and which may be modified at any time without prior notice. Additionally, when using a particular service, you will be subject to the rules applicable to that service.

Ownership: CompraDTodo is a digital shopping center that sells products and services for delivery or enjoyment anywhere in the world, in direct accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, and which, due to sufficient publicity, CompraDTodo considers to have been expressly accepted by the user, at the time of making the online payment for a certain product or service.

The entities that sell their products on CompraDTodo have all the authorizations and permits required by law for this, and are in a position to guarantee customers compliance with any obligation they acquire before them, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Use: This site may only be used for making legitimate purchases and no type of fraudulent purchase is permitted.

About registration: The information you provide for your registration on CompraDTodo is transmitted under a secure connection that guarantees confidentiality and the user authorizes the automated processing of said information to be used for user authentication on the site, for the personalization of the service that also includes information to the user about new offers of products and services available on the site, as well as for statistical purposes and/or commercial prospecting, via email or other means.

Once you have registered on the site, you are absolutely responsible for any type of activity or operation that may be carried out with your username and password, including unauthorized use of your credit card.

At any time you may modify your customer registration data (change of address, telephone number...) or ask us to remind you of your password if you have forgotten it.

If for any reason the data provided is found to be untrue, you will be immediately removed from the CompraDTodo user community.

Service Information: The buyer is responsible for the information provided in the service forms to ensure their correct execution, including both the buyer's data and the information requested from the recipient. For this reason, you must carefully review this information before making the payment, because after making the payment, you will not be able to modify the information.

Purchase: Properly select the products or services that you will add to the shopping cart and review your selection before paying for it, because after making the payment you will not be able to modify your purchase.

Complaints: All complaints regarding the services and/or products purchased must be processed electronically to atencionaclientes@compra-dtodo.com, or if you prefer, through the online customer support available on the site.

Prices: The prices of the products and services sold on the site are expressed in US dollars. Delivery costs, also in US dollars, are added to the purchase price according to the specifications given for each product or service included.

Payment for the service: You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and Maestro cards. Depending on the currency of your card, the discount is made according to the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment.

Balance refunds to the buyer: Refunds will be made with a 15% discount on the total amount to be refunded. Such returns will be made for different reasons attributable to the buyer or the beneficiary of the service, such as:

Errors in the information provided by the buyer, claimed before the execution of the service.

Request for cancellation of the service by the buyer prior to the execution of the service.

Non-acceptance of the service by the beneficiary.

Exceeding the deadline for the execution of the service for reasons attributable to the recipient.

Shipments: Our commitment to our clients is to offer the highest quality and the greatest guarantees; therefore, we send their orders for delivery outside of Cuba through the International Courier Service of Correos de Cuba. Correos de Cuba will transport the packages within a period ranging from 15 to 45 days. Deliveries will be subject to the customs regulations of the country of destination.
